B is for Black Brilliance is a celebration of boundless creativity, power, and potential within Black brilliance. Our work honors our narratives, sparks curiosity, and nurtures confidence and leadership in the next generation of Black and brilliant humans. Through an award-winning children's book, transformative resources, and a range of impactful products, we're creating spaces where Black brilliance thrives - every day, in every way.
For over two decades, I've partnered with leaders and organization to drive transformational change. In senior roles at Teach For America, KIPP Schools, and the Pahara Institute, I've worked to shape strategies, scale impact, and support leaders doing groundbreaking work. As a board member for The Highland Project and Teach For America Las Vegas, I continue to support leaders and initiatives that build meaningful, lasting change.
