by bridging current industries like hospitality, sports, gaming, and entertainment with emerging
fields such as aerospace, infrastructure, and renewable energy. Zero Labs’ flagship program, the
Innovation Launchpad—developed in collaboration with UNLV and the Governor’s Office of
Economic Development—supports early-stage tech companies and has hosted 54 companies and 79
founders across three cohorts.
Ryan’s background spans transformative roles at top entertainment and gaming companies, including
operations at Universal Studios Hollywood, tech innovation at Caesars Entertainment, and strategy at
MGM Resorts. His career centers on reimagining Las Vegas’s future through technology, hospitality,
and innovation.
